We have a full kitchen and a beautiful oudoor dining area with BBQ. The area has several restaurants and bars within easy walking distance.
Our Spacious villa offers accommodation for up to 10 guests. With one large ensuite double bedroom, two double bedrooms, two twin rooms with single beds, two full bathrooms and a shower room it is ideal for families.
:: The Villa ::
Truly luxurious property giving spacious accommodation over 2 floors. Lovely Kitchen with seating area and utility room. Patio doors open onto the garden. Large airy lounge/dining room with patio doors leading off to outdoor dining area, garden and pool. The ground floor features a shower room a large double sink bathroom and two twin bedrooms. Upstairs are 3 further bedrooms - 2 Double rooms and a master double room with king size bed and en-suite bathroom. A further large bathroom completes the upstairs accommodation. All bedrooms and the lounge are air-conditioned.
Beautiful outside space with own private pool. Large BBQ area. There is a large outdoor dining table that would comfortably seat up to 10 people and sun loungers for around the pool. There are inflatable and children's beach toys.
:: The Living Area ::
The spacious downstairs living area features Streaming TV with most international channels available. WI fi is available in entire property but the ground floor has the best signal.
Fully integrated Kitchen, with all mod cons and small seating area. There is also a laundry area comprising of washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Large airy lounge/dining room with 2 sets of double patio doors leading off to the dining area, garden and steps to the pool area. Double patio doors open onto the outside dining area. The outside dining area is suitable for 12 people under a large sunshade as well as a built in BBQ area.
For the kids: There are loads of children's pool toys and board games available on site. A Travel cot & highchair are available which can be reserved at time of booking. A childrens pram also available.
All bedrooms, lounge & diningroom are air-conditioned.
:: The Bedrooms ::
The villa has five bedrooms including one ensuite room with a kingsize bed, two double rooms and two twin rooms with 2 single beds each. There are three bathrooms in total, one ensuite as well as two family bathrooms and a shower room with toilet and easy pool access downstairs.
The master bedroom upstairs features an ensuite bathroom as well as double doors that open onto a veranda with outdoor seating overlooking the garden.
There are two double bedrooms upstairs as well as a family bathroom featuring his and hers sinks and a bath/shower. One of these rooms also has access to the veranda seating area.
There are two large bedrooms downstairs with twin beds as well as another large family bathroom and shower room.
:: The Pool Area ::
Beautiful outside space with private pool and oudoor shower. Purpose built BBQ area leading onto the large outdoor dining table that would comfortably seat up to 10 people and sun loungers for around the pool.There are inflatable and children's beach toys as well as an outdoor soccer table.
:: Golf The Algarve ::
Vilamoura is a prime destination for golf breaks with many world class golf courses in the area. Located in the village of Açoteias, the villa is within easy reach of some of the most popular golf courses in Europe including Pine Cliffs, Balaia Golf village and Salgados Golf Course. There are several options for both experienced players and beginners.
Açoteias is located approximately halfway between Albufeira and Villamoura. There are several courses in the immediate area with Pine cliffs and Balaia being the closest. The popular Dom Pedro Victoria, Millennium and Pinhal courses are located in Villamoura close by.
PINE CLIFFS GOLF COURSE

The immaculate Pine Cliffs Golf Course lies perched 200 feet above the golden sands and blue water of the Atlantic Ocean. This lovely course is within 5 minutes walk from Pine Cliff View.

:: Activities & Attractions ::
Albufeira is a coastal city in the southern Algarve region of Portugal. It’s a former fishing village that has become a major holiday destination, with sandy beaches and a busy nightlife strip. Albufeira Marina is surrounded by lego like apartments and a base for boat trips.
Local fishermen now use the modern marina, Vilamoura as a base for diving, dolphin-watching and boat trips. Vilamoura Marina is one of the oldest in Europe and used to be the largest up until a few years ago.
Dining and Entertainment
There are several options for entertainment in the area around Falesia. There are more than 40 bars, restaurants and coffee shops within 10 minute walk of the villa.Many do takeaways , menus in the villa information book. The villa is registered for online shopping service & delivery service with Continent supermarket.
Local bus stops for access to Albufeira and Vilamoura, as well as the local taxi rank , makes this a destination not really needing a vehicle hire. Most summer Trips and Tours do pick ups from the nearby Alpinus Hotel, so you can still do a day out to the waterparks or boat trips without having to drive anywhere! The area is set up for cyclists, and there is a bicycle rental shop in the village, it is advisable to reserve in advance , for the summer, to avoid disappointment. Walking is also a great option with the beach within 15 minute walk from the villa.

There are several golf courses within a short distance of the villa including Pine Cliffs, Balaia Golf village and Salgados Golf Course.
Boat Trips / Cruises
A variety of boat trips and cruises are available. From cave cruises, dolphin viewings and sunset trips with BBQ's. There is something for everyone.
Beaches
Our local beach, Praia da Falesia, is one of the only continous Blue Flag beaches in Portugal.

The area offers several beautiful beaches for both sunbathers and water sports enthusiasts. We are within walking distance of Olhos de Agua Beach and several beach side restaurants and bars.
Praia da Marinha is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. There are several to choose from within easy reach of Pine Cliff View.
Water Parks
Aqualand Algarve is a great day out for the whole family with several slides and pools.
ZooMarine is located in Guia, just a few kilometers from Albufeira, you can watch presentations with dolphins, seals and sea lions, tropical birds and birds of prey as well as an amazing aquarium with sharks, various habitats, 4D Cinema, numerous attractions and amusements.
Sight Seeing
Visit the Roman ruins of Cerro da Vila, the remnants of a historical villa that has been occupied with human activity for thousands of years or
the Castle of Paderne is a 12th-century fortification constructed in the later 12th century by Berbers.
